About the project
The building stock is composed of 1, 2 and 3 storey high hotel wings that protect the public spas and sauna areas. At the top of the spa and sauna area we find a roof garden that serves as a continuation of the landscape.
The hotel meets the people and the surroundings with generosity. The street in front of the entrance to the hotel, Hiekkarannantie, gets a new inviting piazza bathed in sunshine.
A public axis cuts through the hotel and connects Hiekkarannantie to the northern tip of the peninsula.
The hotel's wings to the west is directly connected to the beach by a wide staircase, which also serves as seating for one outdoor theater.
