About the project
The outdoor theater stage in Hemnes - Norway is getting a play about the dramatic life of the Sami Klemet.
The scenography moves freely between land art and theatre. The story of Klemet's life is bound together by the visible and subconscious layers of nature and human nature. The scene opens in different layers: the surrounding mountains, the farms and the river that flows down from the glacier .
These natural surroundings form the backdrop to a scene with elements from Klemet's life and the lives of the villagers. All the building materials used in the game are recycled from the valley.
